Suffolk Libraries have been running the Menopause and Me project which is due to end in 2025. "Our bodies are evolving" is a My Menopause blog by Anna Clayton. Anna is a Senior Physiotherapist and Director of Bury Physiotherapy Clinic, working closely with people experiencing the menopause.
