Strength training for women at the peri/menopause/post-menopause stage of life.
Whether you are on HRT or not, strength training has a multitude of benefits to our musculoskeletal and cardiac systems, as oestrogen levels decline and physiology changes.
Led by Fitness instructor Ollie Graham with education from Women’s health physiotherapist Anna Clayton.
- Tuesday and Friday
- 11.30am-12.15pm
- 6 week blocks
- 45 minute class
- £60 block (no refunds for missed classes)
Strength exercise session followed by evidence based education (during active recovery/stretching at the end of the class).
Weights to include body weight, hand weights, kettle bells and barbells – work at your level and build strength over time.
