Best foot forward for charity
Our personal trainer Kevin Marshall will walk 100 miles for charity next Bank Holiday weekend. [May 28-30 2016]
Kevin will be taking part in the Dorset 100, the Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA) annual 100 mile challenge for the twentieth time.
He will be raising money for the Millennium Farm Trust (MFT), a local charity based at Depden which gives people with learning disabilities and mental health problems the chance to work in a farm setting.
Kevin said: “The LDWA’s annual 100-mile event is held in a different part of the country every year. Up to 500 people gather to walk 100 miles in 48 hours. The Dorset 100 will be my 20th annual 100! I have finished most of them in 30 hours or less.”
