Bury St Edmunds 5K Your way Nowton Park
We had record attendance for the last couple of months at the MOVE Against Cancer Charity Bury St Edmunds 5kmyourway

We were joined by Breast Friends CIC CIC and Dr Liz O’Riordan for support, and we welcomed new faces (from as far as Ipswich) as well as regulars for a walk/jog around 1 or 2 laps of the Bury St Edmunds Parkrun course, followed by coffee/tea and a chat.
It was great to be introduced to Regional Ambassador Jenny Wilson who visited all the way from Bedford 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer group.
We’ll meet next month – same time, same place (Last Saturday of the month)
8.45am at Nowton Park – look out for our blue tops and banner/flag.
Well done to everyone who attended, and we look forward to those who join us at future events – we had those just starting their chemo treatment, to others who are looking to rebuild fitness – you are all welcome.
