Calling all ladies and their babies

We are launching the antenatal and postnatal pilates class.

Details are as follows:

Day = Tuesday

10.45-11.30am

£7.50 with introductory cost at £4 for all new attendees!!

Pay as you go class

Please ensure you have had your 6 week check from your GP of health visitor

Please bring your babies! Whilst you will have a mat, if you have your own mat and prefer your baby to lie on this rather than the floor, please bring this with you.

This is great opportunity to meet up with other mums and start to gently encourage the supportive trunk muscles to do their thing whilst you do yours!

please contact the clinic 01284 748200 for further information or to book a place.  Normal registration and consent forms will need to be completed prior to the class.  If you feel you would like a 1:1 session prior to the class, this can be arranged with Physiotherapist Anna.
