PILATES FOR LUNCHTIME/EARLY MORNING, ‘AFTER WORK’ AND SATURDAY MORNING!

Have you been at your (dining room table) desk since 8am? maybe 9am, or perhaps for the early birds…7.30am?!

Home working means a much shorter commute and a blurring of lines as to when we should start and stop working.  We often continuing through the time we’d usually be travelling to/from our usual place of work.

If you have been sat down since you began your working day and you have not long seen this post pop up at 12pm, then it’s time for a change of posture and a gentle stretch!

Why not join Physiotherapists Anna Clayton or Hayley Jarvill throughout the week for a 40-minute Pilates class?

Classes are £8 pay as you go.

No additional equipment is needed other than enough floor space to lie down on your front/back/side.
