Information sessions provide a great understanding of food choices and the role key nutrients can have to support our health.
Sessions will incorporate activity/exercise sessions that improve lifestyle and promote good behavioural change for the long term.
Weekly 1 hour sessions include:
30 minutes Nutrition education
30 minutes Circuit training at moderate intensity

Whether its wanting to understand food groups further, understanding the role of calories in the body or how to structure a daily meal plan we can help you each step of the way.
Each week we focus on a different subject to give you the tools to make bitesize changes to your lifestyle to support you towards your goals, followed by a 30 minute exercise circuit.
At the start of the course, we well record your health stats to provide a baseline. These will be completed at the end of the course to compare results.
