Clare Abbott

BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Therapy

Clare is currently in her final year working towards a degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy.

She is qualified to level 5 in Sports Massage, Functional Rehabilitation, Applied Sports Therapy and is also working towards a qualification in dry needling and lymphatic drainage.

After working in an office for 17 years, Clare was inspired to take the leap and return to education to pursue her passion to help people stay mobile and live a long fulfilling life.

Her passion to help people has always been a big part of Clare’s life, after watching a young family relative excel through rehabilitation after 3 hip operations has been massively inspiring.

Clare has treated clients from home for 5 years with deep tissue massage and loved that she was able to make a person feel better physically and mentally as she understands that talking therapy is also a valuable skill to have after using this herself.

She is a fun, outgoing lady that believes that i’ts never too late to make a difference in your life.

In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her 2 girls and likes to try as many new fun activities as possible. Theatre, roller skating, skiing, boot camp and beach walks are just some of the things Clare enjoys in her spare time.
